After spending many days in uneasiness he was then admitted to hospital about a few days ago. He is one of the most reputed members of Modern Ugandan security services, the military history and its government. He had served his tenure as security minister for 2 years, under various challenging consequences. Even after getting retired from public services officially he never stopped his services and kept his working habit. He started teaching local poor students without any charges to keep them educated. And he was admitted for one of these reasons as well to be treated for his weakness, as told by General YK Museveni. If the rumour about his death would have turned out to be true then the spokesperson of the political party, UPUF would have announced it officially on their own. They wouldn’t have waited for these unofficial statements to get spread as they did in this context. General is completely fine and living his life, breathing his air much peacefully as before, so the public must stay rest assured that they have not lost their former security minister yet.

Yes of course due to old age his health was not good and he was admitted to the hospital for treatment but he was not so critic or crucial that he could have died at the time of treatment, so this rumoured news didn’t stood any chance of truth here. Neither the hospital uttered a single word about his death nor did the government officers who were there inside with him so we shouldn’t have believed any such rumour coming from any third person here.
