As per the reports, the former basketball player died at the age of 22. His family declared this news through a post published on Instagram on the night of Tuesday, 20th September 2022. He was an ex-forward/centre and played for the Bruins. He played for the University of California, Los Angeles for 3 seasons from the year 2018 to the year 2021. As per his family, Jalen Hill passed away at age of 22 after he had gone disappeared in Costa Rica. After their team of Hill issued a post on the web on the night of Tuesday offering their sympathies to the family and pals of Hill.

Jalen Hill: Funeral Updates & Obituary
In the month of April 2021, the former basketball player declared that he had taken his name back from the program in the month of February of the same year in the middle of the 2020-2021 season of UCLA. Other than that he posted a video on his Instagram account on 6th April 2021 in which he shared why he left the program in the middle. In the video, he stated that he was dealing with mental health issues and suffering from anxiety and depression and that was the main reason that he left UCLA. Some of their former teammates of Hill including ex-guards Jaylen Hands and Jules Bernard, junior guard Jaylen Clark, and senior forward/guard Jaime Jaquez Jr. shared their tributes to the deceased on social media platforms as soon as they got to know about his death.
