The woman who was seen along with Zoe was described as Venessa Gutshall who is white, stands 5 feet and two inches, weighs 100 pounds, has light brown hair, and blue eyes and the last time she was seen, Vanessa was wearing blue sweat pants and blue hoodie as well.

As per the description by the police, Venessa was last seen in a car which was a gay Volkswagen 2016 model, Jetta Sedan and it has a registered Pennsylvania registration with a number plate of KXR-3699. The two of them were seen in the East Ward elementary school area around 6:10 pm on Tuesday, 26th of October 2022. Anyone with any kind of information about the child or the woman is requested to call 911 or to reach the Downingtown police department or call them at 610-633-8810. Police stated that they suspect that the child is at high risk of getting harmed or injured.
