This is not the first time these five members face the charges as they were previously charged with the conspiracy and appealed the guilty. The indictment on Monday further added that even more severe “seditious” charges have been registered in the counts, whilst several of the information in the new accusation have earlier been claimed in the first charges of conspiracy. As per the charges, in the month of December 2020, The members of Proud Boys and Tarrio conspired to block and prevented the counting of the votes of the Electoral College on 6th January.

An anonymous person sent Tarrio a document and the title written on it “1776 RETURNS” which explained the plan order to take up several buildings in Washington which is in DC including the buildings of the congressional office. As per the information, using the programs of encrypted texting, the charged Proud Boys are alleged of talking about their plans for the marshaling and furthermore. 1 member of the Proud Boys group reportedly asked on 3rd January 2021.

On the same day, as per the charging documents, an anonymous person sent a voice note in the group chat and is alleged of saying in the part, “The chief operating theater should be an exit in the fore of the house of representatives…plan all the operations which are based around the entrance of the front gate of the building of the Capitol.” After hearing this voice message, Rehl reportedly replied and stated “nice beginning”. In the documents of the court lodged on Monday evening, the court of Rehl appointed lawyer Carmen Hernandez asked the judges of the court to supervise her case of the client for asking the permission to make comment publically on the new charges, quoting the rules of local court that limit the public disclosures of the lawyers.
