While he was driving the car and was charged with three counts of vehicular slaughter. Police arrested the young man and took him straight to the hospital as he was injured as well. The guy’s identity is not known and the police have kept his information confidential. Police also said that he is receiving medications and as soon as he is recovered fully, he will be arrested.
